Submission to Investment and Citizenship: Towards a Transdisciplinary Dialogue on Child and Youth Rights is unrestricted and open to all interested parties. Unless otherwise instructed, all presenters should use the electronic submission form. If difficulties are experienced with the form, presenters should contact childsrights@brocku.ca.
The conference includes plenary sessions, organized symposium sessions, paper sessions, workshops, and poster sessions. The submission of an abstract for consideration by the conference is considered to be a commitment to attend the conference. All persons with accepted presentations must participate in the conference as scheduled. If individuals have religious or other constraints that would affect the scheduling of their contribution, these constraints must be identified by the submitting individual at the time of submission. Should an unavoidable constraint occur after the scheduling of the session, the submitting participant is responsible for arranging to have the presentation delivered by an appropriate alternate presenter.
All submissions will be subject to a blind peer review process. Each submission will be reviewed by two to three independent reviewers. The peer review process will be facilitated by the organizing committee. Individuals who are interested in being peer reviewers should contact one of the conference executive via e-mail (Tom O'Neill, Dawn Zinga, or Richard C. Mitchell). The first author of each submission will be notified of the status of his/her submission by January 31, 2006. It is the responsibility of each submitting author to notify all other authors on the submission.
