Should I be unable to attend for any reason, I am responsible for arranging to have a suitable alternate presenter to attend on my behalf. I also understand that all presenters are required to register for the conference and pay the associated fees. Should I fail to do so by the deadline, I understand that my presentation may be dropped from the academic program. If there are multiple authors associated with this submission, I hereby confirm that this submission has been entered with their knowledge and support.
